This personal attention gives the student the chance to develop skills at their own pace and focus on their individual musical needs. Hour long lessons give the time to provide the student with an effective and thorough lesson.

Each lesson consists of two parts. In the first half of the lesson we teach music theory. This includes notes,

chords, scales, and reading tablature or standard music notation. The second half of the lesson is a jam session with the teacher. Guitar teacher will teach the student any song they want to learn or songs we feel they can pickup rapidly to give them a sense of accomplishment. Students are encouraged to bring in their own iPod or songbooks to learn from.
