Gold's Gym - Head Office - Makati City

Hi I requested for a refund on my membership fee last May 2020 pa until now no reply. I'm from Timog branch.
Mag 1 year na po yun refund request ko but till now no response from your end. Ilang beses na rin ako nag-email.
I even filed sa DTI. No rep attended the Mediation conference. 
Bakit po ganun? Prang you don't give importance to your clients. It's not my first time as a member. naka ilang years na din ako with you. 
Nakakalungkot lang yung treatment nyo sa mga refund request. Malamang madami kami.
Sana magtulungan po tayo. Hindi na rin alam ng staff nyo sa branch gagawin nya kasi sya un kinukulit ko. wala cya masagot sakin whenever I ask her ano na status.

Pls check Golds Gym Marquee Mall, that’s Worst branch ! Management should have a surprise visit there...like pretend that they r just clients! Check out all the equipments... super dusty! dirty! I never see them cleaning their machines, equipments regularly! Manager should be responsible to inspect that every single time! Manager of the gym is not always around! Staffs are all busy using their Phones! If manager is there, she’s just busy selling something to the members! Head ofc should qualify choosing managers & staffs since Golds Gym is expensive, Well known & high class gym world wide! Managers, staffs, Trainor should look presentable & physically Fit! They better change manager & staffs! No discipline at all! No wonder no much people wants to enroll & work out in Golds Gym Marquee Mall! But I have No choice coz my membership is good for 1 yr & coz that’s the only nearby Gym in my place as of now! Management/ head ofc should should do something about this matter, Have a surprise visit there pls! Tnx!

I am a member of a Gold’s gym and I have an access to multiple locations and the Clark Pampanga brunch
The worst I ever saw!!!!!
Equipment not stable, and biggest concern the gym is filthy!!!!
I tried to speak with management but nothing changed !!!!
I called main office and the answer was “would you like to cancel yoga ur membership “
No I would like to come to clean gym.... I was in gother gild’s gym brunches, I know how it can and should be !!!!
Please do something about it

Good day! just want to ask, i am enrolled in Centris Golds gym. i have not started my session yet though. can ivisit any golds gym branch? been trying golds gym branches but cant contact. ty
