The entire trip is okay and relaxing. But the downside is they let me (us) waited for almost 4hours just to claim my motorcycle I understand that there is a system down but your team should work on something efficient and hassle free for your customer.
Letting us wait for 4 hours is no joke. My trip have been compromised due to this.
This is a very exhausting experience for us, I am truly disappointed.
