TERRIBLE
Overdue na ung application pero d ka padin inaupdate, kung d ka pa tatawag sa hotline ng smart d mo alam kung anung status.

I agree. I had the same experience with Smart MOA Branch, after 3-5 days tatawagan daw ako for update with my account retention, 2 weeks na lumipas still no update. So I had to call qldo their hotline number...Very poor after sales.
