Very poor and inefficient service
We have no internet connection for about 4 days already. Globe was not acting on our concern. Ali Mall branch is just taking this lightly and dies not appear concerned. Worse, it sent a message claiming that it has already fixed the problem when in truth and in fact such claim was false. We are cery disappointed with Globe and its service. We are paying our dues monthly. This is so bad.
