Dear Power Mac,

I would like to give feedback regarding your product, Otterbox symmetry series for iPhone 6+ - pink.
I bought the phone and the case at your SouthMall, Las Pinas branch last September. After 2 months, the pink case turned gray and became very ugly. I tried cleaning it with gentle soap, but the dirt remains. The product is probably good in absorbing shock but is better in absorbing dirt.

The 3000 peso case is not worth buying. Kindly share this feedback with your supplier and Otterbox. I asked your personnel for the proper care of the case but it seems that they need more info regarding this. They took a photo of the case and a copy of my O.R./ Delivery Receipt 1146 dated Nov 24.

On the lighter note, I would like to commend Hazel and Renzi in taking care of my concern. They made a way in addressing it. Truly, I will still be one of your loyal clients.
