Bumili ako ng lotus sa sm fairview branch nung March 2017. Bumalik ako ng May 20 kasi natanggal yung number 9. Nung binalik sakin, yung strap ng relo pinalitan ng luma, pano ko nalaman? Kasi may kalawang yung nasa right side pero yung nasa left bagong bago pa. At may gasgas yung strap. Masaya ba manloko ng tao? Nag attach ako ng picture. Tignan nyong mabuti. At isa pa, pinatanggal ko yung isang piyesa nung strap para fitted sakin, nung binalik sakin, biglang lumawag.

Update: I went to their store yesterday at pinababalik nila ko today para kausapin store manager nila. Baka daw pawisin ako kaya nag fade yung strap like wtf?! yung kabilang strap lang ang nag-fade tas yung kaila hindi? Nang gagago pa ng tao.
