Reviews of Goldilocks - Mall Of Asia - Pasay City

Friday evening October 30, 2014 when i accompanied my sister to buy pasalubongs. We have chosen Goldilocks at mall of Asia since we are there. Among the stores, our choice was Goldilocks because we know the quality of their products. Its worth the payment and hinde nakakahiyang ibigay as pasalubong. Sad to say that the cashier named ADEL was not in good mood I think. After paying, we humbly asked if she can give us few bags paglalagyan as pasalubong since hinde lng iisa ang bibigyan ng kapatid ko pagdating nya SA canada. Cashier answered back that she can't give it for free there is extra charge for every plastic. I was just thinking if I bought the items one receipt each item, it would cost more plastics. I didn't get her point of charging us for extra plastics. If I am not wrong our purchase is worth a thousand or more with more than 10 items. The cashier put all the items in just one big plastic, looks so bulky. She really insist that we have to pay 5.00 each plastic. I am so embarrassed and disappointed in leading my sister to that store which I expect would be great. I looked for the manager and discuss this with him. He gave me 5 small paper bags and no plastic because maybe it is really for sale. I don't think Goldilocks is so poor to charge extra amount for their plastic bags when purchasing their goods. Even if items are good if service is bad it won't make any difference of having a low class goods. Its hard to eat a good food given to you in a bad manner.
