Hello. I was just wondering why Red Ribbon is not accepting SC for breads which most area does.
Before this branch accepted my SC but now no more which is against the SC act of the Phils

Your bread is stale
I bought 8 pcs ensaimada today because that’s the only food the body can tolerate when I am sick but unfortunately after tasting the bread it was stale!!!(luma)
And I called the store to complain about it but their giving me this bullshit that it was freshly delivered to them
I ate this more than 100 times and I know what is fresh and not very disappointed
The staff didn’t bother to apologize reasoning out the the bread is fresh how can a freshly baked bread can be so tough
I lost my appetite
I am very disappointed
The bread is not even fluffy as advertised
And I called the store to complain about it but their giving me this bullshit that it was freshly delivered to them

Ultra disappointing cakes! Very poor quality!
I bought two birthday cakes (mango and ube) on May 29, 2021 and received one chocolate dedication cake from RED RIBBON. Cakes were physically nice to see however, the cake or sponge or chiffon was a disaster. Puro hangin, walang cake! Hence if you can see the cakes look like they were about to collapse because the chiffon or sponge could not hold the icing. Let's not blame the hot weather. Sobra namang pandaraya ang ginagawa ng Red Ribbon! Never will i patronize your cakes again!
