I flew from Sydney Australia to Manila for a consultation at the Shinagawa clinic in Makati. My appointment was confirmed before my visit. I was seeking the '3D Angle Lift'. The Shinagawa website specifies that treatment is available at the time of consultation. First I had a consultation with the Doctor and then a number of discussions with the sales agent to agree on a price. Only when the price was agreed was I told "sorry we have run out of the threads". "Could I maybe come back in a week or two when they have more"?
I have flown all the way from Australia, incurred hotels costs, etc and had no treatment. The clinic did not advise me before I travelled or even before I arrived at the clinic that they did not have sufficient stock for the procedure. How can they run out? How does it take more than a week to get some more sent from Japan?
Shinagawa Philippines is very unprofessional
