ASIAN CENTER FOR FOREIGN LANGUAGES (ACFL) is the fruition of years of planning and conceptualization. Founded by a group of dedicated Academicians and Language enthusiasts, it was borne to implement a vision of providing people with the necessary skills to make them competitive in the international market. Likewise, it aims to bring peoples of the world closer to one another through different languages.

Inspired by years of experience in the field of foreign language training, the ACFL team saw the need to offer a dynamic package of foreign language teaching that would be easy to master and put to use. LANGUAGE INSTRUCTION
Over the years, the ACFL has helped hundreds of companies and individuals attain global footing in their respective industries through its language instruction services.

► GROUP CLASS
To guarantee effective learning and facilitate better communication, the school maintains a small number of students in each class. Each class constitutes a maximum of 10 students. This is done to ensure personalized language training.

►TUTORIAL
The ACFL brings its one-on-one tutorial service to your home or office at your convenience, the schedule of which depends on the students’ choice.

►ONLINE LESSONS
Regardless of location here and abroad, busy individuals can still pursue their language studies by way of the Center’s online learning packages.

►CORPORATE TRAINING
For organizations that desire to conduct language training for their staff, but would be comfortable holding classes in their own premises, the school offers special training packages that include customized learning procedures as well as flexible time schedules.

TRANSLATION
The ACFL offers translation services to companies and individuals dealing with foreign correspondence. Aside from converting such documents into any international language, the Center also creates and structures foreign communication exchanges in clear, correct and cohesive form.

INTERPRETATION
Aside from translation, the ACFL works on the fine points of language exchanges to draw out its significant messages, cultural inferences and exact implications, thus ensuring total understanding of communication initiatives.

LANGUAGE TESTING AND ASSESSMENTS
To determine the fluency of applicants and personnel in different languages, oral and written tests are conducted within the premises of our center. Those who undergo the assessment process are ranked and classified according to their skill level. The focus of each assessment cover vocabulary and grammar, speaking & listening, reading & comprehension as well as writing. However, testing materials used are modified to suit the requirements of each company.

To effectively gauge the proficiency level of those who take the tests, evaluators assigned to handle the assessments are professionals who are reputable native speakers in their respective countries.

SOURCING AND DEPLOYMENT
ACFL aids its corporate clients to meet their expansion requirements by referring competent multilingual individuals to assume various positions in their company. Our Business Development team ensures the merit and integrity of each potential applicant while reassuring the client of their language capacity through the Center’s Language Testing service.

METHODOLOGY
Our approach to language training is a combination of traditional and practical methods. To implement audio-lingual methodology we see to it that listening, talking and repetition are maximized to ensure effective learning process. Students are immersed in practical learning situations for them to assimilate the methods in less time. Oral communication is enhanced through the formation of sound speaking habits. Drills and exercises constitute the bulk of the curricula.
