How much will translation cost?

The standard cost of translation will depend mostly on the following:
-number of words or number of pages to be translated
-the language combination
-deadline (the rush service is higher than the regular processing.)


How can I pay?

If you approved the quotation provided to you, we will require you to make a 50% down payment. This is to ensure that you will avail our service.
You can pay by the following methods:
-visit our office personally
-pay via bank transfer (BPI)
-money transfer through LBC Pera Padala or Western Union.


How soon will the translation be completed?

Our standard translation processing time for regular service is 3 to 4 days, for straightforward documents of up to 6 pages but this will still change depending on the language combination and the complexity of the documents. For Rush Service, we provide a 24-hour urgent translation service for very brief documents (2 to 3 pages). If you have a larger volume, keep in mind that the urgent translation service will allow to half the standard delivery period. However, if your original is more than 10 pages long, then it may take longer.


How are translations delivered?

We generally deliver completed projects via LBC, DHL, FedEx. However, all shipping fees shall be shouldered by the client.
Where practical and on request, we can also e‑mail the translated files.


Do I need to submit original documents to you?

No. An original copy of your document is not required. A scanned copy via email, fax, or photograph is enough.


How do you guarantee confidentiality?

Confidentiality is very important, so we certainly have a non-disclosure agreement in force with our employees and our partners and are pleased to evaluate and comply with the terms of your NDA, in case you have one.
