The gradual shortcomings caught the attention of the family members directly involved in the business and urging its members to individually do their part in developing that company.
In the month of July of 2010, the family decided to equally divide the shares of Cebu Septic Tank Manual Services to every direct member in the family basically converting its legal business structure of sole priority ship to a family-owned corporation, establishing, Cebu Septic Tank Corporation.
