DES Financing Corporation was founded in May 07, 1987 by Col. Felix P. Duenas Sr.
upon retirement as Dean of Corps of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA)
with the clear mission to serve the post-retirement financing needs of the AFP and
other government pensioners.

DESFC offers loans to mee the post-retirement financing needs of military pensioners’
children’s education, medical expenses, emergencies, house repairs, working capital
and other financial needs. The company has grown its propitable solid financing
business through its strong service orientation, rooted moral compass, and bases its
dat-to-day opearations based on its vision and mission.
