We bought from Diamond motors 2 units of adventure last year and this year. We are extremely disappointed in the way Diamond motors handle the process of documentation from CSR to LTO registration . The release of CSR as the main document for the registration lapsed for 6 weeks and the processing of LTO documents is now on the end our 3rd month. We were advised by your sales team that there is only 1 liaison who handles the daily processing. We cannot use the vehicle as this is bound for impound procedure as the vehicle is still not registered. Is this the kind of after sales service that Diamond Motors put into operation?
Chevrolet, Suzuki and Toyota motors can release the documents, LTO and Plate number at a maximum of 6 weeks.
We have a captiva, APV and Vios..These are all company vehicles.
