I ordered parts for my Mio last April 10, 2013 and was informed they will text me as soon as it arrives. I called to check in for the parts last April 23 and I was told it already arrived last April 19. In short if I didn't called in to check, I would have never been informed! I went there today, April 24 and arrived around 11am. I was not attended to by the mechanic saying that another customer was first in line. Then later on, I saw the said customer came in with a little "parts"on hand which he bought from another shop. I said to myself "bakit inuna pa yun e ang motor ko 2 weeks na sa shop nila and ready na ang mga parts, e yung customer na bagong dating bumili pa pala ng piyesa!" Later on I noticed that the mechanic is overhauling the customer's bike, e ang sakin panggilid lang ang ikakabit. It took him to work on that bike for almost 5-6 hours! Pano ba naman, pwera pa sa lunch break, hinaluan ng pagpapalamig sa aircon at pakikipag kuwentuhan sa mga tropa niyang dumalaw! There was no consideration expressed knowing that I was there waiting in line for my bike to be serviced! Then my time came, it was already 5pm but it was halted by his irritating conversations with friends chatting about their recent ride to I don't care where! Tapos he showed me a loosed thread nut securing the bell and told me it also needs to be replaced! I went in and asked the Parts staff but he told me they have none of that parts in stock. I was like, bakit hindi sinama sa order 'to last two weeks ago. Sinabi pa ng kolokoy na mechanic na local daw ang nut e gawang Thailand ang Mio ko! Anyways I ended up bad tripped and decided to go home with time and patience wasted bigtime! I hope this reach the higher management of Yamaha 3S EspaƱa or Yamaha Phils regarding the terrible customer service of this branch and also the unacceptable work ethics of their mechanic MICHAEL PUNZAL. Mas mabuti pa yung dating mechanic jan na mataba, Ryan ang pangalan. Do something about your "customer service". Or else you'll lose customers... Paying customers that is!
