I went there, got my qeue number from the machine with “others” transaction. I waited for about 15 minutes given that there weren’t a lot of people then suddenly when my qeue number was called, the teller just told me the transaction wasn’t on her without clear assistance where to go. Then when I get to know that I needed to fill out in a logbook for it, I waited again for about 10 minutes. When my name was called, the teller asked me what transaction, he gave me a form and while filling it out another person was explaining that they can’t process the transaction because the person assigned to it was absent. Better for me to go back tomorrow he said.

Service sucks, why would this mam readon that the one assigned to it was absent so he can’t process the transaction?
