CASH ADVANCE CAN'T PROCESS OVER THE COUNTER
I forgot my ATM card today so tried to withdraw over the counter. Handed my 2valid ID, and fill-up the withdrawal sheet for 3k. Apparently I can't make the transaction then the cashier said, withdrawal should be around 26k so I filled up another withdrawal sheet now when I'm at the counter they said they need the ATM card.

Think about it?

So when you have an emergency and you don't have your card, you can't withdraw over the counter??????

RCBC is this how you do your over the counter withdrawal???


I would this case to be escalated.

Actually the cashier asked a person. I think that's the supervisor or someone with higher position.

I will escalate this to RCBC main branch.
