C M Ilagan Contractor was founded on February 14,1964 by Mr. Carlos M. Ilagan in Batangas City. It was organized and registered under Philippine laws as a general construction firm engaged in industrial construction, civil and mechanical engineering services. Over the years the company has maintained a high degree of professionalism and integrity. Its good performance record has made it one of the biggest contractors in the area. Such remarkable growth may be attributed to the able stewardship of its founder, Mr. Carlos M. Ilagan , its manpower of 300 engineers, pipe fitters, riggers, fabricators,carpenters,mason, handymen and laborers.
