Philippine Prudential Life Insurance Company, Incorporated - SM Southmall - Las Pinas

On april 6th 2013 i was intruduced to prudential located at SM south mall laspinas. It was only supposed to be a 45 minutes of presentation. Well it took 3 to 4 hours the reason why is they kept pushing it to me despite the fact that i told them that i dont want to make a decission without my wife knowing it. When i was about to leave they offered me a "think about it plan" which it would cost me PHP 12,000. I took it and then realized that if im gonna get this i might as well get the real deal. So told them that in gonna go ahead and get the 1st thing that they offered which is the one that starts with 30 something thousand PHP. then the finalization of the deal i was interviewed and the 1st thing that the woman asked me are you happy or satisfy with your decission. Then i told her not really caused i just made a big decission without my wife knowing it. Thats when i told her that i want to back out of the deal. Instead of just letting me go they went ahead and put that "think about it plan" again and i declined it. And they said ok instead of 12,000PHP we'll make it 6,000PHP so i went ahead and took it just to get out of that place. since i already swiped my card for both 12,000 and 30,000(something) they voided the 30,000 and told me that they will let the 12,000 go through and then send me back the 6,000 with in 3 to 4 weeks untill now i have not recieved my 6,000 PHP. My main point is i was not going to get a plan in the 1st place but i felt pushed to get it. they even said that if i get atleast the "think about it plan" the woman that done the presentation is gonna get a promotion. I done what i done i just want to get my money back since the benefits that im getting is only for 6,000 PHP and they still have my 12,000 PHP i tried to contact this site through emails and i have not got any response.
