Job vacancy Financial Planning & Analysis Lead (FP&A)

Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest FMCG companies in the Philippines. Our respected client is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead who will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals, managing accounts, and providing strategic financial insights. Work setup is hybrid and office is based in Makati City, Philippines.

Key job responsibilities include :

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Analyze financial data, develop comprehensive models, forecasts, and budgets, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Account Management: Oversee multinational accounts, monitor performance, and address financial issues or opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate on the company's strategic plan, evaluate investment opportunities, and assist in long-term financial planning.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, ensure compliance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts, promote a culture of growth and teamwork, and set performance expectations.

Key job qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• With 5 years of financial analysis experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) practices.
• Excellent knowledge of financial software and tools
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Amenable to work in Makati office (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
