Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an international biotechnology company. Our respected client is seeking a Field Application Specialist (1 for Manila and 1 for Mindanao). The Head office is based in Pasay City, Philippines.

Job responsibilities:

• Determines the needs, goals, and product requirements of existing and potential clients
• Provides creative and feasible solutions in response to customer needs and complaints
• Initiates and develops relationships with key equipment personnel
• Delivers detailed presentations for on-site demo installations and training
• Provides technical support to the teams within the organization and to external clients
• Implements all documentation updates provided by the supplier as require

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology or the equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in product management and marketing in the medical industry preferred.
• Experience in selling Analytical Instruments
• Prior experience in selling to the following industry: F&B accounts
• Good presentation, communication and follow up skills
• Strategic business acumen and strong customer focus;
• Strong understanding of the market and should be autonomous
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team-selling environment
