Job vacancy Sales and Marketing Manager

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Sales and Marketing Manager on behalf of a reputable hotel beach-resort in the country. They are looking for a seasoned Sales and Marketing Manager responsible for maximizing the property's revenues. He/she will develop marketing opportunities as well as planning and implementing new sales plans. The Sales and Marketing Manager should be aware of the factors and developing trends in the hospitality industry.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
- Implements all sales action plans related to market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by potential clients.
- Fully responsible of accounts under his/her management, including contracting, updating profile and renewing contracts.
- Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships

Ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar field of study (Master's degree an advantage)
- Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, channels, and branding
- At least 2 years' experience as Sales & Marketing Manager
