Question for Grolier International, Inc.

Good day! I would just like to ask if you can repair talking english pen? I bought it last year but i noticed that the voice of the pen is delayed when you tap it to the words. Can it be repair? Or if i want a new one how much would be the cost and how can i get it? Im from bicol.
