Question for MLhuillier Pawnshop - Las Pinas City, Metro Manila (Almanza Branch)

I pawned several items and the due date is june 26, 2017. Unfortunately I don't have the money as of the moment as a family member is in the hospital for four months now. I couldn't settle even the interest of said loan. Could I be given extension even for a month to retrieve it? Thank you.
