Question for Philhealth - Olongapo City Service Office

If ever I'm paying philhealth as a self employed while I'm pregnat and it happens that i miscarriage the month i pay it.can I use my philhealth to less my bills statement at the hospital even though same month i pay.and emergency I need to use it.
