Question for Bank of Commerce - Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu

Hello Madam and Sir good evening this is Irish Mae T. Diaz I'm not a member of your bank (Bank of commerce) but last night I'm trying to withdraw 5000 pesos in your ATM machine in savemore lapulapu city around 6: 30 pm but sad to say it was cancelled but the sad thing is the machine deducted my money which I did not received and the machine did not gave me a receipt too. I just want to get my money back. My bank is SUN SAVINGS BANK and this is my account no. ******** 003 ********. Thanks and more power.
