Question for BitsLink Computers

My Dell Inspiron 11 3137 is charging but not turning on, when I press the power button, the power indicator blinks once unlike to its normal condition in which it blinks for several times and shows its display. My laptop is in Sleep condition before this happens. Please let me know about this. Thank you.
