Question for Philpost - San Pablo City Post Office

I have applied and pay for my postal i.d and its been 3 months and until now i never get my i.d and the delivery man tell to my sister in law that my i.d is already delivered how can i get to this situation and get my i.d back
i've lost my receipt because my bag was snatch
