Question for MLhuillier Pawnshop - Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (Tuguegarao 5)

My mother and I a while ago. Got the necklace that I hoked, she didnt check it carefully before we leave but then I realized that my necklace and cross was seperated by 2 small plastic. the question is can my mother go back to get that cross coz im pretty sure it indicated on the receipt that there has 2 that I hoked and maybe the girl who's in charge a while ago didnt check it carefullyyyyyyyy
