Question for MLhuillier Pawnshop - Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila (Crossing Edsa Branch)

I'm currently confined at a hospital, I wrote an authorization bearing all info for partner to get it, it only cost 1,455.00, I included my id and his id in the authorization letter but he was informed that cannot claim it on my behalf even with my authorization?!!!
