I bought an Elite brand wet and dry steam hair curler last feb 9 for p1699.75 and my receipt said buy1 take 1but the customer servce rep of Watsons sm masinag said the promo expired last Dec. I am complaining because they made me expect and why is their system not updated. I can report this to DTI if no action fom your company will be made. Please be true to your promos as per receipt as issuedby Watsons and your sales guaranty certificate (photocopy will be provider should you need it )
