Question for CONSOLIDATED PLANS INCORPORATED

I am a policy holder of a Consolidated Educational Plan, Policy no. 9678. Completed payment and supposed to have received my policy maturity in Oct 2014. Payment was never received. Then I learned company went bankrupt a year before my payout. How can I follow through my refund? Who are now responsible for the repayment to policy holders?
