Question for LBC - Hari ng Padala (San Carlos City, Negros Occidental)

I called several times today to ask about my package, but no one answers the phone. It just kept on ringing. Anyways, base on the LBC tracking my package has been forwarded to SCC branch last July 7, 2018. Today is 3:10pm of the 9th of July but I havn't received the package yet. How long will the package stay on LBC before it will be delivered? Thank you.
