HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2010 K010
Just replaced the ink cartridge. Both black and tri-color. Both Original as always. 704 both.
My unit does not accept the black ink cartridge as a compatible replacement. Tri Color Ok.
Already checked your website and it confirms that the cartridge is indeed an original. ********. Black.
Please help.
