Question for Meralco - Main Office

Please reinstall electric at Seibu tower unit 27 F I was not able to go there to pay my bills because I had three surgery and I’ll go there this dec and I’ll pay all my bills so please expidite to reinstall electric the builder golden forom have all the requirements u need please let me know as soon as possible when I get electric back thank u
