Hello Good day , I was just wondering If I can get a copy of me medical report from your clinic ,Though it's been three years since I had the test. The result or confirmatory of my HIV test to be specific. I just got tested a few weeks ago and they told me that they already had the confirmatory sent to your clinic last 2015 when I had the test.
