Question for MLhuillier Pawnshop - Bais City, Negros Oriental (Bais Branch)

I'm just asking why every time my family will pick up the that I send they don't get it right away it's so annoying it's getting worst. I always send money almost every month twice. I send some big money but why it happen just like this???? My family always spending money for transit to come to your office but what's the problem???
