Question for Meralco - Pasay Extension Office

Hi good day po.. we have a condo unit in smdc shore residince... my question is how can i pay my bills i use to pay bill tru meralco apps but everytime i open the apps something wrong with the system the last time i pay my bill that was last january 2020.. i live abroad so can you please help me how can i pay my bills.. thanks..
