Question for Philpost - Butuan City Post Office

I would like to ask how many days would we receive a Registered Mail from Manila to Butuan City. The Office from Manila already sent it last 28th October, but until now the school didnt receive the mail, yet. It is already in the provincial post office since 22nd of November and its already 9th of December. When will it possibly be delivered in the school?
