Question for Landbank -Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay

Can i get my cash back? I withdraw in the ATM last night located at Brgy. Poblacion, Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay.I was deducted from my account but there is no cash that came out from the machine. Please help.
