Question for MLhuillier Pawnshop - San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan (Muzon, CSJDM)

Does it really matter if the client's don't know the exact amount of remittance even if they present a Valid I.Ds and the Control Number? Do we need to compute the amount if the amount given by the sender is not in a Philippine Money? Can't you do it for the client to compute, to help to get their money easily since they presented a complete documents? Your branch is just so really annoying!!!
