i'm from saudi arabia, i recently open an atm account here thrue NCB bank, and they reffer me your company for my remittance services, just for a test i send an amount of 25 riyal, My wife went to your branch @ Dau Mabalacat Pampanga, then my wife asked one of your teller if this pag ibig ID is valid, sadly your teller threw some words that my wife made her upset, my wife asked her politely but your teller was so snobbish! how come you have an employee like that? she's destroying the image of your company
