Review of Tai Taxi

Super high fixed rates and super discourteous operators especially the one named, RACHELLE IBANEZ. I already called the attention of their supervisor for her being discourteous of her clients but still she haven't learn the proper way on how to deal with clients. I recommended that she must undergo proper customer services trainings but nothing happens. Better terminate her for she is really an irate person and projecting a bad image to your company.
