Review of LBC - Hari ng Padala (Iligan City, Lanao del Norte)

my package arrived at LBC DELIVERY HUB yesterday but until now it wasn't delivered!!! I've called but they just said " its out for delivery!!but unfortunately, it didn't arrive!!!! last time, I just picked my package at their office coz they put in the status "consignee not known"...It surprised me coz LBC Cagagan de Oro was able to find our house when they delivered my two balikbayan boxes...Why LBC iligan can't find my address???Did they really deliver it or they just slept in their container van..!!!!. Is LBC office at Pala-o is that far here in Ubaldo Laya???in fact, it's less than 10 minutes-ride!!!.1 ride ra mn gani kung mg jeep..PLS IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE ...cause many of my friends experience same scenario....PROVE your tag line THat you're " HARI NG PADALA".....
