Don't get fool by this developer. Once they get your money they won't care. This developer should be investigated by the government agency and put on a blacklist!

I was also a victim of this company. I filed a case against them at HLURB. They have partially paid me around 1M+ and the case is stil on-going since I also demanded for interest. I suggest if you still have problem with this company go to HLURB in quezon City and inquire how you can file your complaint with them. I think the company has been closed for quite sometime but they still have some people wrapping up their remaining activities.
