Review of Sm Appliance Center - Sm City Sta. Mesa

If you would buy an appliances here at SM appliance center, they would assist you until payment. But after the payment is done some sales personel would not accommodate you. Fyi, if you purchased a refrigrator you can't use their cart if their is no personnel to assist you. But Lo and behold, their personel would make you wait for a long while before they would assist you. We are a yearly customer in this appliance for 5 years already but their service becomes from fair to poor. But some personel is nice from the beginning until you put your appliances in your car. But some would not test your appliance eventhough you instructed them to do so. Reason i do not know, they have found another customer to accomodate or they are passing the less rewarding part of the job to the newbies which is a promodiser of other brand. A poor practice.
