Review of Inkrite - Head Office

This was my first time to experience a very arrogant personnel of Inkrite her name is Karen.
- I ask her if they will change my printer Cartridge how long it would last before they replace
=> and guess how she answered me
----> it depends on how you use your printer "in a very sarcastic manner" and she even added that about 2 to 3 reams of band paper your customized continues cartridge will only last and after that it should be replaced again...

well i think you need to provide proper training on your staff
