Very poor service! They told me that my reservation is confirmed and the ticket is ready but when I try to confirm it with PAL, they said my reservation hasn't been ticketed yet because they haven't paid yet. It's already 3 working days and all they can give me is a freaking OR? I wanna see the ticket that I paid for!
