Review of Beneficial Life Insurance Co. Inc.

We've been a part of Benlife as our Group Life Insurance Company for the past years. Unfortunately, due to unavoidable reason, our company does not renew our group life insurance with them. Todate, we still have some death claims of our members that were not properly attended by Benlife. Some claims remains unpaid despite our constant follow-ups with Ms. Rowena Cortez. It's been almost 6 months and still no positive feedback coming from them.

I do hope that you can escalate our sentiments on this matter.
